Is this just for women?
No. Men build glutes and aesthetics with the exact same training. Round, developed glutes make any physique look more athletic, drive every heavy lift, and fill out a frame - and a snatched, defined waist is what separates "big" from "aesthetic." Every program is written for men and women, with considerations noted where they matter.
Will booty and glute work make me bulky?
No. Building the glutes adds shape and roundness - it does not make you wide or blocky. Muscle is dense and reads as lifted and athletic, not bulky. For women especially it is nearly impossible to accidentally get "too big." What you will get is round, defined, and camera-ready.
Do I need a gym?
